Buda Connect enables service requests (pothole, noise complaints, dangerous conditions, etc.) to be submitted directly to your local government, where it will be routed to the correct administrator in the appropriate department. This means your service requests will be responded to quickly and efficiently. Users can monitor requests through either their mobile device or computer and provide comments. You will be notified when your request is completed or resolved.
